So I came back from work, my phone was still working fine, turned on, at around 60%. I placed it on my bed so I could go take a shit, and when I come back, I try to look at the time on my phone but it won't turn on. It's not a battery problem, I've tried plugging in the charger but it won't even charge, plus it was at 60%. No matter what happens when I try to press or hold the power button, nothing happens.

that happened to me about a year ago with my first ever smart phone. it was dead. took it into the store and they couldn't do anything about it. it basically just like had a heart attack and died. now on my 2nd and hoping it doesn't happen again
