That probably only happens when you have one of those PM_ME_YOUR_BOOBS type usernames, but it's a way overdone gimmick now.

The more likely thing is you get odd requests. I've had guys wanting to ask me advice on weird shit. I also got hit up by some american newspaper wanting to interview me.

Curiously one thing that did happen when that meth story went viral is all these hot women started adding me on facebook. I have no idea why anyone would do that after reading about a tinder meth date gone wrong.
