The amount of blatant trolling and flaming that gets reported and ignored around this site is simply staggering considering how aggressive they can be with some users. I think that is why the site is in such a terrible state. It is full of trolls because the mods look out for people who troll like they do, and you have all these disgruntled users because everyone who doesn't fit into that mold tends to be singled out. If you are a part of the mods bias you can troll and flame people all you like.
