Being on HIV treatment is the only way for the viral load in your body to become so low that it is "undetectable" (by a specific test), and having an undetectable viral load not only means you are healthy, but also that you are unable to transmit the virus to your partner. HIV positive sex partners with an undetectable viral load can not transmit the virus. That's why I asked where TC is from because in some places, HIV meds are not covered and you have to unfortunately pay out of your own pocket.
