That is the coolest idea for a horror game. It's free on Steam. I SERIOUSLY recommend trying it out blind. That's cool af.

I for one prefer the dating sim parts mite than the scary parts. Mostly because I'm in love with the characters and am a scardy cat when it comes to horror.

I have literally only said it's a cool horror game (WHICH ITS ADVERTISED AS ON ITS STORE PAGE AND WARNS YOU OF WHEN STARTING) which has a cool concept.

If you think that's a legit spoiler then too bad. How about you try using your brain instead?

I wish I knew much more about this game before I played it. I had no idea what I was doing and apparently I was correctly doing the Natsuki Route (one of the comments Monika said was "Are you sure you're not cheating?"). It was all going good until I learned way too late what the game was actually supposed to be about. I haven't touched the game in over a week.

If I knew more about it, I would be more excited to finish these endings.

theres no such thing as routes in this game. it's all a facade. the game ends the same no matter what you do, with the exception of a bonus ending for getting all of the CGs through saving/reloading in act 1.

I downloaded it yesterday after hearing about it herr, but I haven't started it yet. All I know so far is that it goes into horror and probably has some 4th-wall-breaking stuff.

Would have been nice if I was blindsided by the horror part, but then I probably never would have tried it if I thought it was just another dating sim VN.

I was unaware it was free. I'll pick it up then.

Well, those people should probably think before posting. I haven't said anything that the game hasn't literally advertised itself, right on the store page for all to see before downloading it.

You can't decipher anything specific that will happen in game from what I've posted. Nothing. It's not a spoiler. Deal with it.

Psychological Horror is number one. Right beside the screenshots, where your eyes are definitely going to first.

The end of the description of the game states..."This game is not suitable for children or those who are easily disturbed." This is also stated when starting the game IIRC.

And reading literally any review right on the store page let's you know it's a horror.

Psychological horror is a common joke tag for moe anime games. I think at some point, Nekopara had that as well.

Friends of mine gave the game a shot thinking the warning was just dealing with depression or some other dark themes, but not outright horror the way the game handles it.

Honestly though... I didn't like the middle part. I know it's supposed to be

a horror genre, but it felt intrusive. I actually genuinely enjoyed the poems and how they were progressing. The game went from what I thought was gonna be an anti-suicide message game to a story purely about a godly video game character obsessing over you
