Just in general communication I've noticed how people have changed. The world went crazy or something?

People are too busy looking at their phones? I used to know much nicer people or something that used to actually know how to communicate.

I'm lucky where i've known good people why i notice these things but even some of those people have gotten lost in the sauce.

It was more an honest question.

People who talk on their phone while getting checked out at the store.
People that don't put their karts in the corral.
People that decide they don't want something in their cart and just throw it on a random shelf.
People that take a cart full of stuff to the express checkout.
People that talk to each other and block the aisle.

This is like everyday stuff I see at the grocery store because most people just don't care to have common courtesy because they're too absorbed in themselves. The worst of these people are the ones that cannot put the phone down and drive. You're basically saying, I don't give a fuck I'm distracted and dangerous. But you're just as bad as someone driving under the influence.

We've become so obsessed with the most mundane and unimportant thing in our life, thanks to instant communication, phones and social media that we are paying less and less attention to how our actions affect others. And how even the easiest of common courtesy, like NOT doing the above will affect people positively and put more and more people in a more aware and positive mood.

^1. It just shows a lack of courtesy to stand in front of someone talking on the phone. Maybe it's because I was around before cell phones. I think most people probably don't see it as I do. But it's not a big effort to end the phone conversation so you can least her what the cashier tells you total as your're checking out.
