I've been listening to a lot of Pearl Jam and Audioslave the past couple days.

Theoretically studying for my finals next week.

Gonna be busy as fuck the next few nights though, I signed up to be House Manager for the theater organization I'm in's play they're putting on, but I've never done that kind of job before, so we're gonna try to not burn the place down.

I've always wanted to perform stand up comedy, been a life long goal/dream of mine, and I recently finally sat down and put together a 10 minute set, might have the opportunity to give it a go sometime in January or February.

Super pissed because the only theater in town has fucking A Bad Mom's Christmas, but not The Disaster Artist or In The Shape of Water.

At least I get Star Wars soon. :(

Everyone has moments of indecisiveness. It's something you have to work to overcome; force yourself to make decisions and put yourself out there, and the confidence will grow over time.

I hate when people are blatantly wrong and refuse to listen.

This kid was trying to get the lobby printer to work and was struggling with it, tried to help him with it, printer's fucked, so I told him if he really had to get it printed he could go to the library on campus that's open 24 hours.

Kid's like "The other library that's closer is open 24 hours too" and I'm just like, "Nah man, that one closes at 2, you gotta go to the other one."

He's just like, "No, it's still open." and then he walks off.

Bitch, I've been here 3 years, and I literally fucking work here, when I say the library closes at 2, the library closes at 2.

Even looked it up to fact check after he left, sure enough, closes at 2.

His loss if he walks over there.

I just naturally swear a lot. Don't really see swear words like "fuck" and "shit" as particularly harmful, so I use them a lot. Only time I'll censor myself is when talking to an employer (or potential employer) and around kids.

Ham's pretty great. It's my preferred holiday meat over turkey.

Hypothetically, if someone hosted an event, let's called it CElebrity Boxing, how much would it take for you to agree to fight 3 rounds with him? (Assume that all travel/hotel expenses would be paid for.)

I never actually played the original Pokemon. >_>

Was super late to the Pokemon party, my first Pokemon game was Moon.

Most of the Nintendo games I played were more of the party games, like Mario Kart, Smash, Mario Party, etc. And then of course OoT and MM, and I've played at least some of all of the 3D zeldas.

Now that I think about it, Zelda was the only big Nintendo series I ever really got into.

I think it was released at a poor time. If it'd been released today, I feel like it would have been better received.

It's personally my favorite Disney movie. It's not a perfect film by any means, but what it does well, it does EXTRAORDINARILY well. The soundtrack is fucking beautiful, Frollo is both one of the most evil villains while simultaneously being the most human, and Quasimodo is incredibly relate-able. The contrast between Heaven's Light and Hellfire is one of my favorite paired scenes in cinema, period. Not to mention its fantastic voice cast, particularly Tony Jay and Tom Hulce as Frollo and Quasi, respectively.

With a few changes to the pacing and the gargoyles being severely retooled, it'd legitimately be one of the greatest films ever made IMO.

Them being comedic relief doesn't excuse them from being poorly implemented comedic relief.

There's a difference between lightening the tone and completely going astray from the tone. They're less comedic relief and more an abrupt distraction from the remainder of the film.

I low-key actually like certain jokes from the gargoyles, and even their song, A Guy Like You, has slowly grown on me over the years.

But that doesn't change the fact that they just don't cohesively fit within the structure of the film.
