Rank 5 get! Finally. 50-28 total record from rank 15-5, which seems like more games than it should have been.

I had losing streaks of 3, 3, 4, and 5 in there which probably doesn't help.

there have been games where the DELETE goes off but there's others where it's just a 2/2, 3/3, 4/4, 5/5, 6/6, and 10/10 because you start playing it late enough that their deck is already gone due to fatigue

If you didn't watch Seatstory Cup I recommend watching the video of the loser's bracket match they closed out the day's stream with. Specifically game 2, there's a pretty neat skill-intensive control matchup.

Is anyone watching Seatstory? It's usually a lot of fun and the only "normal" HS tournament I'll go out of my way to watch.

I usually watch it, but I'm more interested in the moments between the players than the games themselves, and none of my favourite streamers (Forsen, Reynad, Reckful) are there for various reasons, so I don't have much interest.

Well those are pretty big losses for Seatstory. Forsen has done drunk/hungover casting before and Reynad's salty commentary is always great.

I do like watching Reynad's stream a lot, but I wouldn't exactly call him one of my "favorites."

Right now I only use prime for subbing and Navioot has it for now.

As for watching people play it depends on what I want. Usually if I want to watch someone play meta decks I'll look at like Zalae (who streams a ton now) or sometimes Justsaiyan. If I want to see some maybe experimental stuff but someone whose making it work very well I'd watch Dog (who I think is only being held back by his like lack of sleep). I also like watching Amaz exclusively for his reactions when stuff happens but I'm not on when he streams typically. Lilypichu (of LoL fame) has started playing recently since Toast moved into the Offlinetv house... and for a bit watching her play was like like watching the wonder of a new player to the game. But now she's full of salt... and that's great in a completely different way.

I don't really watch specific games on Twitch anymore. I used to scroll through different Hearthstone streams until I realized I cared more about the personality or how fun the stream is than the gameplay, which means I rarely watch any Hearthstone at all since the people I follow have all either moved on or never played it to begin with.

Don't feel too bad, I'm only done with two. I refuse to play another class until I finish the one I'm on and Rogue has been far worse for me than Warrior was.

Have you tried mill rogue? It doesn't seem great at first glance but 5 Coldlight Oracles and Vanishes worked for me.

My biggest problem is I keep getting offered the worst perks/treasures for Rogue in most of the runs, or when I get one of the good ones I never get any of the synergy card picks. I haven't been able to string anything good together yet. The 5+ costs 5 is great for other classes but seems terrible for Rogue, and that pops up for me all the time along with the weapons cost 1 perk. I think I got one Jade grouping when I had double deathrattle, and one Cthun across two double battlecry.

I one shot Shaman with the treasure that makes your minions 0 until end of turn along with great high cost cards, but I'm not seeing those cards in Rogue. I think Gallywix is the only 7+ cost minion I've been offered.

I'm glad I was able to reach rank 5 with that cheap Hunter deck as quick as I did, because it seems to be slowly falling out of the meta as people realize what's actually good, which is par for the course for Hunter after the first week of an expansion.

It also means that I can continue to wait and see how things shape out before I craft anything major since I reached my goal.

Because I'll be pilloried by IRL friends until I complete it at least once, I'm still mashing my face against this dungeon run shit. I think I'm now 0-12 against that evolve guy. How the hell is that encounter supposed to be possible to beat unless you have the absolute nuts?

It's not that hard. He creates value every turn by evolving but every boss creates value in some way, either by pelitng you with damage or by creating a 5/5 or whatever. You just have to keep up with value.

I just lost to him on my first paladin run at 7/8 though so fuck that guy he's impossible

The main issue with kingsbane mill at rank 5 is that secret mage is by far the most prevalent deck there and it pretty much hard counters the deck. Im pretty sure secret mage is like the deck that bad players flock to for whatever reason.

Kill all of his minions.

oh yeah, practical advice. definitely kill minions, especially high mana cost low health minions before he evolves. if he dopplegangsters, the priority is to kill the two he doesn't evolve, not the new big monster he created. He'll often play minions with bad deathrattles like bombsquad - kill these asap if he doesnt evolve them right away.

It is a relatively cheap deck yeah. But like after rank 5 it seems the rate of which i see it is a lot lower.
