i was introspectively musing over past results and i think i've uncovered the script

XIII - Vanille 59, Lulu 60
XIV - Lulu 49, Vanille 90
XVI - Lulu 10, Vanille 40
XVII - Vanille 32, Lulu 82
XVIII - Lulu 57, Vanille 58

that's two times Lulu and Vanille went out back to back, with the order reversed. that fate was avoided today. the other three times they were pretty far away from each other in the placings with Lulu in front twice and Vanille in front once. Vanille is clearly going to be far away from her in placing to continue this trend and even it up. with Lulu getting 10th this time, the only logical place for Vanille to end up is 1st because of the prophecy.

Incredible! That's that they say. I guess everyone who doesn't save Vanille can just...stop saving now since it's all predetermined.

Major breakthrough and this will be talked about for years!

Barret's first several contests were pretty rough. He was booted twice and didn't even finish in the upper half until his seventh appearance. He's done better in recent years though. He has three top 25s, all of them top ten finishes. He's had a couple of bad years mixed in there, but he's definitely better off now than he used to be. With this performance, Barret rises from 40.87% to 44.28%, passing Cid H, Reno, Vanille (for now), Seifer, Eiko, Garland, Basch, Fang, and Mog to move from 72nd to 63rd place overall.

Barret's recent success means his numbers are much better in the New Era. There, he increases from 54.22% to 60.52%, passing Kain (for now), Cloud of Darkness, Auron, Selphie, Agrias, Freya, Lulu, Dagger, Jecht, and Tifa to jump from 41st to 31st. His Old Era numbers were pretty bad, as you can imagine. He was at 33.45%, which put him at 67th place between Rosa and Edge.

What, you mean count all the champions every year regardless of when they won?

I mean we'd have to exclude the actual champion of each contest

I think he means how many champions they placed above. Like Lulu placed above 1 in Contest II (Cecil). In contest 3, Celes would get 2 (Cecil and Lulu) and Cecil would get 1 (Lulu)

etc.

Vivi was already a champion though so XVIII counts but IV doesn't imhotbqh

I'm never posting on Politics board again. If they are such snowflakes they can't hear reality fine. The world will be a real shock for them Novemeber every other year starting next year for the next decade. I'll just go and laugh at them as they lose 4 Senate Seats don't win the House and watch Trump win term 2 in yet another blowout. Making topic after topic of their defeats. And they'll all scream "BUT RUSSIA!!!!!"

The mods literally ban for anything Conservative there.
