Usually rare. I've tried blue rare before but it might be a bit too raw for me. I might start to go back to medium rare though as rare sometimes lack that sear edge.

Medium.
Although if I eat out, I tend to say Medium Well, only because that way I get it served as Medium 80% of the time. If I tell them I want it Medium, I tend to always get Medium-rare and that, I don't like. --- If you make an intelligent post, people tend to ignore it because they only respond to stupid. I don't like it, but when I do eat it I prefer it burnt to death. (Exaggeration but more cooked is better than under in my opinion, mostly due to texture and the rubbery stuff)

I used to only have well done because my mom insisted that anything raw is bad but while I'm still used to it I'l prefer medium if given a choice since I like something that has a bit of texture instead of being beef flavoured boiled carrots.
