I even sat through that entire god-awful Dragonball movie (to be fair, I had theater hoped with friends).

I paid a dollar for DBE. I consider it money well-spent. While it's a bad film, at least it was entertaining outside of a few cringy high school scenes.

I might have walked out on Green Lantern, since I didn't want to see it, and was only there before my work had free tickets, so everyone went.

While I thought it was lousy -- in no small part because Ryan Reynolds was miscast as Hal Jordan (he's more of a Kyle Rayner) -- it was something I would have watched to its end even if I was just seeing it on NFI. My big issue was just the storyline cramming and choppy editing.

I'm not sure most parents, etc, were aware how damn long it was. And what a fucking stupid thing to do in general.

I don't see what the big deal is at all. It might not have been great, but it was harmless.

It was 22 minutes. Why would there be a 22-minute mini-film there? It makes no sense. Nobody was attracted there to see it and everybody complained. Japan complained so hard that Japanese theaters got the mini-film removed immediately.
