not a bad party, but I can see how the last boss could be a struggle. there are five or six classes that can deal with Almagest and, while you have two of the better ones in Samurai and Time Mage, they're not the instant win buttons that you'd want. Monk's HP might have let you survive at lower levels though. then again, you probably abused Thief's Flee ability (because why wouldn't you?)

I copied what he got for the fiesta since twitter banned my account for being a bot (the only tweet I made was for the fiesta). I was really impressed he completed a blind fiesta run. I had trouble and I've played through the game before!

I've done like 30 or something fiestas so I'm the wrong person to comment, but that party can definitely steamroll the game once you get past world 1. world 1 probably wasn't bad either since Monk is still useful.

but like I said, I know that game like the back of my hand. my first fiesta was Monk/Berserker/Geomancer/Dancer which is just about the worst party you can get for a Fiesta. I ended up beating it at level 52 or something crazy.

I actually have been wanting to but they're not on the PS3 :( Would ya'll recommend it? I've also kinda spoiled myself on some of it but I imagine it'd be fun anyways. Plus I'll play anything that Mitsuda does the music for <3

it's worth playing if you're a fan of the Xeno lore

but that doesn't necessarily mean you'll like it

That sounds pretty reasonable

Saladin mission 2 in AOE2 took over 3 hours to clear. The last 20 minutes or so were spent trying to hunt down their last worker in the middle of the map, far from their base.

This is definitely gonna take awhile.

Mine was Thief/Berserker/Geomancer/Dragoon

Beating Fork Tower was quite the ordeal

Are there any notable differences if I play FF8/9/10 on the PS3 rather than the PS1? I like to play the games without any changes made to them.

The PS3 versions are straight ports.

The PS4 versions are HD upgrades with certain "cheat codes" added in.

I originally wanted to do the PS1 copy. However, the remake is supposed to be more difficult and improves on a lot of contention points from the first game. The controls, graphics, and difficulty was heightened with the remake. Even the red crimson like zombies in the remake are new, which makes the game more difficult, since they soak up additional ammunition.

Even though the controls were improved, it's still an abomination. Input delay and faulty aiming system misses the head like 90% of the time.

I like these types of games in general, but can anyone here really back up the music and story as being anything but generic and corny? The whole redeeming part of the remake was the graphical improvements from the original, which it did well.

Meanwhile in Age of Empires II, Dabu has taken to proxying Town Centers as a way to beat this level
