Look at all these people assuming a burglar/ thief broke in. Well, okay, that's legally the case for burglary. But a thief could also be your black friend Wesley who just so happens to be in a financial bind because he needs a lawyer to finalize his divorce with his estranged wife, and he just so happens to know where some of your valuables are that you'd never even notice missing. Like your first edition base set Charizard. You haven't even looked at that in years, the case it is in is covered in dust. He even promises himself that he'll get you a new one when all is said and done. He gave his word, and you shoot him because he stole your Charizard.

"Merry Christmas" you say in utter disgust as you stand over his rapidly cooling body. His blank eyes don't reflect the cool holographic finish on your charizard.

Are you happy with yourself for killing black Wesley?

You bring race up for no reason. A burgler is a criminal regardless of it is a he, she, black, or white.

The burgler being black or white is irrelevant when it comes to the determination of it being a justifiable homicide or not.

Lmao this is great

I know not everyone approved of Wesley but to celebrate... Gosh. I didn't realize just how far Wesley had fallen. :'(

What if black wesley suddenly wins the lottery with that money and then starts a business that takes advantage of poor people and refuses to donate to anyone

You really think black Wesley would risk everything on a statistically improbable chance of winning it big? He's no fool. Dare I say it, he'd pity da.

https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/appeal-to-emotion

1) who pissed in your cheerios
2) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argument_from_fallacy

You are still trying to skew emotions to make it seem as if burglary is somehow justifiable. They made the wrong decision to break into my home, so they shall feel the consequence.

You sound lovely. Unfortunately the officers found incriminating evidence against you and you're being charged with manslaughter for your role in Wesley's death.

So you think that Wesleys actions are justifiable? Don't you find it a little odd that you keep specifying Wesley's race as if it has something to do with the event, or are you just a shitposter?

D, technically.

The fact that a living thing is more valuable than a lifeless thing is irrelevant to the interaction. I'm going to assume the burglar will threaten my life if I allow them to, and will retaliate accordingly. It's too bad they squandered the potential of their life by trying to steal from me, because hopefully they'll be dead by the end of this.

You bring race up for no reason. A burgler is a criminal regardless of it is a he, she, black, or white.

The burgler being black or white is irrelevant when it comes to the determination of it being a justifiable homicide or not.

(It's a CE ongoing joke where a generic character in stories we make up happens to be a big black man named Wesley. He's British and cheated on his wife which is why they were estranged and now he's dead.)

I don't see anything funny about the joke. If anything it looks like you are trying to race bait.

So with all the people considering lighting up the burgler what type of gun is your preferred home defense weapon?
