I'm downloading Skyrim SE right now because I've had an urge to play it since the Switch version came out, and I'm not paying $80 to occasionally play Skyrim laying down. What're mods I should absolutely have? I've only played through the story once when it came out, and never touched the DLC, so I think I'd like to go through it once again before I even think of trying those survival mods. SKSE and SkyUI are obvious ones, but after that, I'm lost. recommendations?

I don't do mods to change the gameplay, but I added a content mod called Falskaar which tacks on another huge area like a deluxe DLC package. That's mostly for if you've already played the game so much you need more stuff to do, though.
