I don't think fireworks are legal here but it makes no difference. It's not hard for people to get them, and the "official" ones cause all that noise anyway

I think I get especially annoyed because I know Ill be hearing them sporadically over the next few weeks, even though theyre only legal to use until Jan 4th or so

Welcome to my every 4th of July. Nothing like trying to sleep when there's an explosion outside your house every 20 seconds.

Same thing here. They only legalized fireworks a few years ago and still people are setting off explosions every other day until the 4th/New Years. I honestly would be fine with it if it was during the day but at night most people are trying to sleep and its kind hard when it sounds like the worlds exploding right outside your door
