5 lbs is a lot of fucking water weight at my size, isn't it? Not really depending on your diet and activity levels. It isn't uncommon for me to eat a cheat meal and swing up 5 lbs the next day. I know that it ain't real weight gain because it's really hard to gain or lose actual fat in such a short time span. If you're doing some extreme that you actually loss that much body mass, there's a good chance you're cutting into whatever muscle you have, which is probably worse overall even if you're trying to lose weight. --- Callixtus ...
