Also it's either a stomp/battle of attrition where Wolverine just tries to power through stuff if normal, berserk animal Wolverine or a really tough fight that lasts forever if it's kung fu master Wolverine. If they are face to face, Snake's CQC won't last him that long against such an agile and unfatigable foe, there's no way he'd beat him. If they start far away from each other, I can see Snake making traps for him and finding a way to maim him.
