No. You can unsubscribe before the full bundle is revealed and you'll still get it if you've been charged for the month. Existing subscribers don't get the 'early' game when it's revealed unless they choose to pay early, and if they unsubscribe without doing so then they don't get anything when the rest is unlocked, but if you start a new subscription then you'll pay and get Civ VI immediately, and so the rest of the bundle will go into your account at the end of the month. I've 'subscribed' and immediately cancelled twice (to get XCOM 2 and Stellaris), and in both cases I got a load of crap I don't care about along with the games I bought. Humble Monthly is a great way to start building up a collection of PC games.
