Honestly I've done some research into it and it looks decent but there are a lot of questions regarding how they're going to accomplish what they want to do. I'm going to keep it for a little bit because people are hyping/shilling it but I don't see it as a long term hold. It opened for trading 1-2 days ago on Binance at $3.00 right away. If someone had bought around $10,000 worth of the coin during the pre-sale (I don't know if there was a max limit you could purchase), they could've had a profit of almost $300,000 on day 1 of trading. That's why we need to focus on finding these legit ICOs. I don't see much info on the ICO site I linked earlier. An incredibly simplified explanation is GEMS is hoping to simplifying micro jobs that an company may employ. From my understanding of it, it will cut costs of the micro jobs by creating a network where companies can post micro jobs and workers can find them while cutting out the middle man. If GEMS works like it should, I think it would be extremely valuable to large corporations looking to cut costs.
