Skye Reynolds 01/06/18 11:14:07 AM #1:	I guess I can respect stylistic differences, people choosing a more realistic approach and higher production values over the surreal world of Tim Burton's Gotham, but you have to admit that Michael Keaton was better as Bruce Wayne than Christian Bale was. Bale was really only a few steps up from Hayden Christensen in the adult with teen angst department. He's just such a whiny pretty boy character and I don't believe him as someone suffering depression or PTSD. With Michael Keaton's performance, you know that man has faced depression in real life and is able to channel it into his character. There may be some improbable gadgetry and cartoonified villains, but Keaton's depressed Bruce Wayne is the real deal.
