How could they have blamed a henchman with no body? He kidnapped Gordons family, killed Dent and then ran away when Gordon got there? Like half of the shit he pulls off in the film is like close to impossible, especially when it's all suppose to be calculated and going according to his plans. Also the fight scenes (with batman) are terribly chereographed and shot. I can't tell half of the shit that is going on when he fights because it's always filmed in dark lighting with constant camera shifts.
