How do they actually judge what the most diverse is? How do they know enough about all the students to identify how diverse they are? Unless they're simply talking about race, and least percentage of caucasian males.

Usually, because if white people are generally the majority then any added diversity is going to mean less white people per capita, because basic arithmetic.

Any community comprised overwhelmingly of one ethniity/race/nationality/gender is not diverse. You make it more diverse by adding in more people that are different.

Just mere observations. In the attacks on Warren lying about being Native American to get into school, I focus more on why being of any descent makes your chances better. White people shouldn't have to make up stories about who our great great grandparents are to be on equal standing.

Im thinking if you have diversity it should be balanced on the differen races or by the amount of percent in the country.

But what we see is schools with largely blacks (say the downtown areas)
or schools with largel whites (private schools, richer schools, or rural).

Toronto for example has a fairly balanced racial demographic.
Although you get smaller pockets of places like "browntown" or finch, scarborough, or the Jewish bathurst, or South Etobicoke mostly whites.

If even leftists now agree that diversity = less whites, then when leaders celebrate diversity coming into their country, they're simply celebrating less whites even if they know this or not.

"Diversity = less whites" only because of simple math, there's no malicious intent like you believe.

I'm not talking about malicious intent. I'm pointing out that if diversity as it's preached today = less whites, then when people say that diversity is displacing whites in their homelands, they are speaking the truth.

Regardless if there is I'll intent or not, the outcome remains the same, thus giving truth to white nationalisms claim that diversity is harmful to the receiving country in the long run.
