It's very unpleasant.

In related news: Dishonored 2 seems like a game I'd enjoy, but this has me worried

Mass Effect 3 gave me motion sickness and serious headaches, eventually it passed but I had to play the game in 20 min intervals with 10 min breaks for a while.

ie Dying: Reborn and Unearthing Mars. maybe after criminal girls i can look into my vault to pick something about (maybe pixel gear is a possibility).

Oh yeah, I forgot about that, had to use the console commands to move the camera back.

First person-ish gives me motion sickness, and that was too close to it. >.<

Never from games, but I'm mostly a console gamer that sits far away from TV, and when I do play on the PC it's mostly RTS's and side scrollers.

I do get occasional motion sickness when the NHL has that stupid moving camera that they have in their All Star Game and outdoor games, though.

When I first played Star Wars: SOTE on N64 as a 6 or 7 year old, the first mission (flying around in a snowspeeder) gave me horrible motion sickness.

Now I'm playing Starfighter Assault in Battlefront 2 and spinning(it's a good trick) and boosting and dodging asteroids and shit at high speeds and it's amazing

Not motion sickness, but in GTA V if I fall without a parachute, I get a brief uneasiness for a second as my character falls to his death.

It's only happened with early-mid 3d playstation games like Kingsley the fox and the Spyro series. It makes both unplayable to me. It's worse with Spyro.

I actually have that issue, but it's the other way around.

I've been playing Counter-Strike ever since 2000.
When the 16:9 monitors appeared, I started playing in 4:3 stretched.
CSGO released and I still kept playing in 4:3 stretched.

I just can't go back. After playing thousands of hours on that aspect ratio, turning it back to 16:9 just gives me a headache, because things just aren't right.
The angles, the perspective, etc.

So would increasing FOV help me get through Bioshock Infinite maybe?

I would definitely increase it. Also, it may be necessary to manually increase the available range as the game defaults to 70 degrees and goes up to about 80. So do this:
Using Notepad, open the file XUserOptions.ini located in:

%USERPROFILE%\My Documents\My Games\BioShock Infinite\XGame\Config\

Locate and the line MaxUserFOVOffsetPercent=15.000000 and change value to 100.

Note that this value is in percent and not degrees. To get a FOV of around 90 put in a value of 28.5 and slide to max.

Oof. Yeah, I had issues with that one. There are worse games, but that got rough at times
