LanHikari10 01/08/18 4:11:32 PM #1:	The vast majority of cases I have to call them it's for a prescription transfer, but calling them for any reason at all sucks. Ridiculously long wait times, the first person I talk to can NEVER help me, worst hold music I've ever heard, their stupid system they use makes things take longer than they need to, and I often get hung up on and have to call again anyway.
