I don't most of the time. I live in a household where people make it hard to focus. Never know when I'll be called to do something or asked a question.

This is how my life has been for over a decade. So I don't even own any headphones or earbuds. I'd get zero use out of them. I wouldn't walk around outside with them on and I can't listen to them in the house because I'm constantly being called, and God help me if I don't hear my name being called.

I guess this plays a part in why I rarely listen to music either.

Yeah because I need immersion for most of my games and headphones help with that a lot.

This is me. I wake up at like 6 every day, so I get a couple of hours to myself. Headphones are for maximum quiet so no one wakes up and I get more time alone lol, I don't even like using them really.
