An 11 year old girl with a gun could beat prime Mike Tyson in a fight 9/10 times if she had a loaded gun. But a sword? That's just potentially dangerous. See the knife-crime epidemic in the UK. An 11 year old girl with a Katana still gets her ass kicked by Mike Tyson 9/10 times and in several of those fights she ends up hurting herself. Its also a more aggressive weapon. I mean in theory you could conceal a knife or a dagger, but you can't conceal a sword.
