Okay I'm stuck in a pickle with my job and my city. Bottomline, I want to leave both, but it's hard to find another job in a different state unless you have a network. Here are the options I have in mind, so which one is more doable? Btw my apartment lease ends in August this year.
1). Start applying for jobs out of state and keep praying 2). Wait till lease ends, quit current job and move to desired city 3). Stay at current city and pick a job with better pay, better job, and better relocation opportunities in the future. --- Him being greedy is a good thing. personally i would keep applying like a madman now while staying at your current job, so at least you have an income and all that. a lot of companies will do a skype interview and have no problem hiring people from out of state, provided you dont expect them to pay for your relocation

2 will be the easiest way to ensure you make it to a new city, and you'll have succeed or you're fucked, but obviously that shits sketchy
3 would lead itself to the long game of saving cash to do 2 with an easier transition 1 is pretty easy if you keep what you got All imo --- I'm your huckleberry. ... Copied to Clipboard!

If you are ok with not getting relocation paid, you can pretend you already live in that state and just use an address thats local. If you know someone who lives in that state and will let you use their address then do that.
I used my cousins address when applying to this state when I moved here from Canada. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I would never leave a job without something else lined up.
I would start applying then move when something solid comes along --- The night brims with defiled scum, and is permeated by their rotten stench. Just think. Now you're all set to hunt and kill to your heart's content. ... Copied to Clipboard!
