Maybe some boots. I'm looking at a couple pairs of Timberlands that I want to get.

I got an electronic version of my W2. I could have filed it on Monday if the 1040 forms were available on turbo tax

Better a refund than to have to pay in. I should be getting a couple grand back as I pay extra in.

I gor my W2 but because I have children to claim, the IRS won't let me file until January 25th. I'm getting like 6800 dollars back though.

I remember when all I had to worry about regarding taxes was getting my W-2. Nowadays, I make 'em.

Filing ours once my wife gets a form in the mail for her PFL. Her W2 and student loan stuff were ready before the new year, even, and mine just came through last week. Man I love being on top of this stuff.

Wat. I have a 3 year old and a newborn and I'm able to file now. I just couldn't before the 18th because the 1040s weren't ready. Are you mailing them in physically?

Actually, your refund is without interest for the time the government held it. If you have a balance due, it means you held the money before the government did and could use it earlier.

I had my taxes mostly done on Monday, and was told the 1040 forms weren't available yet. I've been logging into Turbo Tax every day to see if it would let me actually file, and today it did.

No such stipulation for me unless I plan on printing the forms out and mailing them in. As I mentioned, I have kids I'm claiming too. Weird...

I actually went back to the website and it let me file, so I'm done. It says we should get 6974.27 which is awesome. I can pay my car off with it.
