Fans say Krillin is stronger but that might just be because he's more popular. During the Namek saga, they just stop making a lick of sense (so pretty much when power levels stop being provided in the actual manga). Krillin gets a boost from the sage that makes him a bit stronger than Ginyu in Goku's body (24000), and still weaker by far than 4/5 of the Ginyu force at the time of their arrival. Tien does train at King Kai's place, the whole gang are shown to be there in like one or two panels, however the whole filler business with them taking on the Ginyu force is filler. We can only speculate how much stronger they got from that, because the only notable feats of strength from humans after Namek is when Tien does his tri beam cannon thing on Imperfect Cell and later Buu. He would probably just make up random numbers, if anything at all. for example of his poor memory there was a character named launch who was introduced early in the series. she was there throughout most of dragon ball she had a memorable gimmick of being innocent and sweet when her hair was blue but everytime she sneezed her hair turned blonde and she turned violent and trigger happy with guns she pulls out of nowhere. then when DBZ started launch just kind of disappeared a few years later a fan asked whatever happened to launch and akira answered "who?" then when he was reminded who she was he never used her again anyway for 2 reasons her hair color gimmick was too similar to super saiyan and he was worried that it would confuse newer readers and he ha completely forgotten how to draw her --- yusketeer <cite>yusiko posted [p:894563604] in Is Krillin...
