I say death ribs not because they're insanely spicy (they're still quite spicy) but because of the sheer volume of fucking sugar in the recipe. See italics below:

Honey Buffalo Sauce
3/4 cup Franks buffalo wings sauce
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup apricot preserves
1 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

Spice Rub
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tsp EACH chili powder, garlic powder, salt
1 tsp EACH ground cumin, onion powder, pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
