But assuming all is fresh, "typical" is: Bowl with a tortilla on the side Brown rice Veggies Pinto beans Half carnitas, half barbacoa Cheese Corn Mild (the tomatoes) A little bit of medium (the green salsa) Guac That orange vinaigrette stuff they have What I do with the tortilla is rip little pieces and "grab" little bites of the bowl with it. If you ask for "a cup of that orange vinaigrette stuff," they'll know what you're talking about. Ask the cashier though, they're the one who gets it.
