Empire. It looks really good and like a legit battle-ship. The Republic looks more like a glorified transport and the rebels looked like it got cobbled out of spare parts. The Separatists looks good as well but I don't think it looks to be on the same level.

Guess it was too much to expect the Empire to have the Carrack-class since that's been retconned out of canon or something but it did look kind of ugly.
