Yeah, this account was modded for trolling in its first week. All I did was post a Kirby cheat topic on the smash board!

I also got hit for calling either Firecrotch or Fireside a troll (flaming) back in the day.

And I got hit for offensive for posting some song lyrics about... uh... butt stuff. I think that was a Sayoria topic.

And a few other things, but those are the fun ones.

I just got off a warning and had two 3kl shortly before that. I stopped coming here for a while and completely forgot how strictly some of the rules here are enforced.

Ok was Warned on a clean history back in October, then a 3KL last month on my alt. Both times for quoting a violation...

A few times. Can't exactly remember last time, maybe a year or two ago.
On social boards, it's usually for mild flaming or trolling, sometimes no karma loss, and sometimes 3 karma.
Never got bigger than that as punishment.

If it was a matter of rules being enforced strictly, it would be fine. It's the largely arbitrary nature of moderations that are the problem. Posting statistics from the federal government is "offensive." Going against the prevailing opinions of this forum is "trolling," despite the fact that the definition of trolling as defined by GameFAQs explicitly says that's NOT trolling.
