I know my retail job is currently worse than it's ever been. Despite the fact that we're as busy as we've ever been, employees are getting their hours cut. Which is bad not only for our paychecks, but also because we're spread so thin at work, having to assist an overwhelming amount of customers with little to no help. But hey, I heard out CEO bought a new yacht, so everything is working as intended, right?

Anyway, if the condition of their retail jobs is anything close to resembling mine currently, I absolutely don't blame them for complaining.

Instead of bitching about it all the time they should spend that effort on fnding a good career, getting training, certifications, or licenses.

Retail does suck but it is what you do only for a short time before getting a good job/career.

shut up. people of all professions complain about certain aspects of their job. its a fuckin job. they're often frustrating and people need to vent. more people just happen to work retail so it seems like its mostly retail people doing it but we all vent about our jobs. Its facebook. People use it to vent.

So those things are mutually exclusive? I spend plenty of time at home looking for new jobs and such. But according to you, that effort I'm exerting into that can't possibly exist just because I took 5 minutes or less to vent on social media whilst on break at work?

Find a good career/job that pays well, is low stress, and has little bullshit then.

Not all jobs/careers are annoying or piss people off.

But many are. and not all of them are retail. get off your high horse. people vent about life on Facebook. a big aspect of life is often work. many jobs are often stressful....do you see where i'm going? I have friends who work in hospitals (yes, after years of going to school) and they often vent on Facebook about what happens at work. just because someone stresses about retail jobs on FB doesn't mean they don't want or aren't working towards something more...that logic is absurd.

The word "triggered" has become such a dysphemism for "that person rightfully corrected me when I said something completely not true."

So....TC calls someone a "libcuck snowflake"...no mod....i mock him because of that post by calling him the conservative version of that insult and my post gets deleted....nice marking, TC....
