is it fun

I liked it.

instead of being grimdark, the characters are now whacky, in a mostly corny, but good natured, way

it's also fun interacting with the world and characters.

if you end up playing it, make sure to level up the social interaction stuff because it can be pretty funny and helpful

Tonally similar to Saints Row 2 in that it has a healthy balance between zany and grounded. Enjoyed my time with it.
