I did a salmon fillet in the oven tonight.

It was beef that was already pre seasoned with several things but I did put some more garlic and chili powder iirc

I just do the ol' salt/pepper/garlic salt/garlic powder on my steaks. I don't know if it's pointless to use both garlic salt and garlic powder separately, but I'm not a man of varied taste palettes, so really it's like I'm just gonna eat it anyway.
