the kryptonite is those jalopeno's. giving the burn on the toilet (best jalopenos is at the dollar tree) 1$ gets a jar that last 2 weeks and they're not the weak ass ones at the safeway.

Most weeks yeah, though I work in the field so my options to pack a lunch are pretty limited beyond sandwiches unless I'm lucky enough to be working close to home.

When I say every week, I usually mean getting something relatively light for breakfast on some of the days I work out. Like the Egg White Delight at McDonalds.
