He does videos about video game design that I particularly enjoy, he's probably most noted for his series on the dungeon design in Zelda games:

God I love Mark Brown
Lazy Game Reviews is another good guy. He's similar in the way that he picks apart games, but he's far less detail focused than Mark Brown --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console. Started on: 12/1/2009 http://i.imgur.com/mPvcy.png ... Copied to Clipboard!

Writing on Games and Superbunnyhop are both great. Not strictly game design stuff, but similar in style and content.

ThatGamingBrit has some good videos, though he mostly makes more laid-back videos. Only time I've seen him go really in-depth with something is Other M and his "Road to the Rocket Launcher" series, which is analyzing the structure and level design of each Resident Evil game in a similar method that Mark Brown's Boss Keys series.
