I dunno, i just had this idea of a scifi rpg ala expedition conquistadors / vikings set in far future earth, after humanity left earth and became a space faring species, where millenia later, an expedition is sent back to earth to see if it is become habitable again.

On its way, it crash landed - they found earth completely changed, with some part of it are filled by a new intelligent species which is in their stage of early industrial revolution.

Your objective is to communicate with mothership and repair your own ship. Since they are in their industrial revolution era, there is hope that they have materials and equipment to macguffin a radio or parts to repair your ship. You have to find a way to interact with them. the early quest can involve you travelling their settlement, with help of your modern computer to compile and decode their language and build a translator.

Then begin your adventure and investigation of the new earth, which you as a more advanced species can influence their fates. You can choose to interact minimally as possible, or interfere by teaching them tecnology, or even in the end communicate with your home base, sent reinforcement and completely annihilate their civilization and take back earth for humanity again.

A mix of RPG, Strategy and third person shooter centered around crime. You make a character and can try to join any of the established gangs in the city (which have their own "quest" lines and stories) or make your own and take over. You can make alliances with other gangs and set up deals and trades. You can bribe the police and/or politicians to gain favors and advantages. You can try to assassinate high level gang members (but it's tough) and do all the other typical dirty work.

Pretty much a mix of Civilization and Grand Theft Auto and this old computer game I used to play called Gangsters 2, which was a crime strategy game.

Walking in the jungle, raining, with your flashlight on. Dark ambience. Running to a big complex to power up the generators

But not like Dino Crisis.

Im thinking more 3rd person. More isolated. More haunting. Playing kinda like the evil within. You also drive around in the red wrangler.

The trex could be no scripted like the alien in alien isolation
