There is this regular who just abuses you for no reason. She screamed at me because I said hi, how are you? At the start of a transaction. Apparently that was rude of me to ask her because I dont know her personally. Another time she got angry with me because I asked her if she needed a bag. She had a bag and instead of saying no thanks, I brought one or something similar she gave me a condescending rant about how people like me are the reason why the environment is being destroyed by litter.

When I posted about the Hi how are you incident when it first happened there were CEmen who thought I was making it up because how can someone be that socially insane?

Runner up would be this guy who abuses you because he thinks tuna and cat food tins in a bag AT THE BOTTOM will crush and destroy anything you put on top of them because fuck logic. He would also walk through staff only areas and if confronted start yelling about how he is a manager at his company so he can go wherever he wants.

That right there is why I could never POSSIBLY do your job. I would have 2 MAJOR assault charges right there.

the one thing that would get smashed at the bottom of the bag is definitely bread and especially eggs.

One time a customer yelled at me on December 27th because we were closed on the 25th and 26th and he ran out of something at Christmas lunch and he drove down to our store and we werent open so I ruined his Christmas.

Any customer who is detached from reality in the sense that they feel entitled to unreasonable demands. Unfortunately these types of people represent a decent percentage of customers.
