I wore a hoodie over a t-shirt.
The worse part was that it was misting the entire time and humidity was high. The second a match started, our goggles were fogged to hell and everyone was blind.

Pro tip....wear a cup cuz i learned first hand that a shot to the balls hurts like all hell. Same for your neck as well

i got hit in the throat once.
hurt like hell.

and i was wearing neck protection. the bloody thing managed to hit right in the tiny gap between that and the helmet.

I haven't played since high school.
