It was during a climatic fight scene where off duty soldiers tackled a terrorist in a train, it was the perfect second for it. I go on night walks after seeing movies and only emergency lights on the streets are on, its nuts. Even the Wal Mart sign is dark, which never happens.

When we went to see War of the Worlds in the theater, the exact moment when a tripod hit the ground halfway though the movie the power went out.
