I think porn is bad, but doesn't affect society in any notable way. I'm not going to act like i don't watch porn or anything, but i still think its bad for the families and for people who do it.

It ruins reputation and can make their lives really difficult, for both the actors and their relatives. It can cause great shame for their parents and sibling as well. Imagine someone teasing you after they saw your daughter fucking or blowing someone? + all the trolls and such.

Actors of course feel likely less bad from people trying to get under their skin, but after porn they could face some issues trying to find other jobs. Many companies don't want ex porn actors to work where they are visible and talking to customers and such. Kindergartners, banks, or any works as clerks likely gets thrown out. Its not as bad as having criminal record but many opportunities are out if you do porn and get recognized enough. Combine that with all the usual trolls, and harassers or even psycho stalkers.

It has effects on one's mental state, that much is inarguable.

For some people those effects end up leading to all sorts of problems - look at this board for proof of that. Lots of people have no problem with it, though. So it just depends on the person.

Yes, but only because of the quantity we're consuming. Porn itself isn't harmful, it's only a problem when used excessively and to the exclusion of human interactions.
Age is also a factor, too young will skew their ideas about sex and what they think people like doing/having done to them but banning it altogether is typical knee-jerk, pearl clutching puritanical foolishness.
