Eh, I used to eat very little, only a third of what I needed each day, yet I was still overweight and built like a brick shithouse. Did this for 8 years.

Ended up I was eating so little that my body held on to all the weight it could. Now I'm eating more I'm finally losing all the weight I gained.

Fat people don't put down the fork. Skinny people have good metabolism. But that won't always stay.
I swear up and down the carb diet is key. Sure not eating bread, pastas, potatoes sucks. There's more too.
But hey just eat that meat and 2 weeks after your body registers the diet, you will start to lose weight.

It all comes down to genetics. Fat people are endomorphs and skinny people are ectomorphs. Even after years of lifting weights in the gym, an ectomorph will look almost exactly the same.
