That's the only way I cook mine. Put a little olive oil, shape the patty, press down on the middle of the patty so the burger won't be too fat. I season when I throw it on the skillet with sea salt, cracked peppercorn and a little cayenne pepper. 5 minutes each side, season again after putting patty on a paper towel. Toast the buns and you're golden.
