I always wondered what context it would be but it finally happened, Millennials and Generation X are finally concerned about the wellbeing of Generation Z. We see a sociopathic piece of shit that is idolized by children and we want to stop him.

But the thing is the Greatest Generation thought the same thing about Elvis and the Beatles, the Boomers felt the same with Howard Stern, South Park, and Metallica. Are we overeacting or is this a false equivalence? I see Logan Paul and it's clear to me that he's just some fuckhead we should all stop talking about, but I can't help but feel like the past crusty generations thought the same thing.

I honestly don't know much about Logan Paul, but between his "run around and act like an asshole in Japan" video and now the rat tasing thing, it just looks like he's doing the same shit Tom Green was doing 15 years ago except a lot less funny

Yes, standards change. Society adapts, then moves on with the next issue. The youngest generation now will also have their moral dilemma when they become adults, at least according to whatever their morals are. Maybe in 30 years, Millenials will be shocked that their children are embracing a hardcore religion founded by sentient robots, for example. I wonder if the parents will be open minded about it.

I'm not trying to say all those other things listed weren't doing the same thing. With Logan Paul though it's just more blatant. Seems like that is literally all he's about.

For the record, I don't think the guy should be banned from making videos.

Tom Green was never funny. We were just stupid kids/teens that laughed at stupid humor like him.

And that's Logan Paul's main audience today; kids/teens who find his stupid humor funny.

10 years from now, they'll look back on him and cringe.
