Ok he still blames the Dems for it, yet at the same time he complains about the people looking into it. But if he believed that Russia did mess in out election why would he refuses Sanctions when he did.

He wont seek sanctions but they would be almost impossible to get anyways since Russia is one of the permanent seats on the UN Security Council and would just veto them anyways or China would do it for them.
