You cant fat target. Youll lose weight from your face first, and your belly is the very last thing to go. You just have to lose weight in general to lose belly fat. Short of surgically removing the fat, you dont get to pick and choose where the fat loss comes from. Yeah i already lost fat on my face a year ago. Me and my friend noticed that my face slightly changed.

I only eat dinner because I dont like to go to bed hungry. I only eat once a day, but its usually anywhere from 4-8. I keep a count on my calories as well. I try not to exceed 1,500. My maintenance level is ~2,000 calories, so I just eat 500 less than that. A 1,500 calorie meal is pretty significant. Last night I ate Outback with 1/4 of a blooming onion, a salad, a fully loaded baked potato, and a 6oz sirloin. All of that put me right at 1,500 calories.
