I don't give a fuck how much you make. If you don't enjoy whatever you're doing, you're not going to make it to retirement.

I would do a terrible job if the money is very good. Making a lot of money makes me happy.

Working at a stressful job will put you in the grave faster than anything else.

This. Give me an 40 hour per week that pays me an insanely good wage and I'll suck it up over something that I enjoy and pays much less. As long as I am able to enjoy the money (regular vacations,etc) then I can deal with the stress of the job.

The plain thought of how much you're getting motivates you. Like if my boss was directly offensive towards me but then still pays me 100k a year I'd take the mental beating and dry my tears in the money I make. I mean there are limits to these things but you get what I mean.

I love my job for the most part, but they definitely don't pay enough. That makes life very stressful.

I mean, they require a degree to get hired, but then pay minimum or close to minimum. Hell, they're trying to hire a supervisor and the main candidate has a fucking Master's degree and they want to pay her $30k a year.
