Saying that on 11/22/2017, I was issued a ticket for disobeying a traffic control device, and that I would need to take a class by March 3rd or else get 2 points on my record.
The thing is, I've never been issued a ticket or even been pulled over. I would remember if I had. I tried calling them, but they seem to be closed today due to President's Day. I hope this is all just a mix-up. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Sounds like they gave you a ticket via a recording. You wouldnt have been pulled over at the time.

Actually, doing some research, my state (Michigan) doesn't use red light cameras.
